Problems with QBism

Quantum Bayesianism (QBism) has attracted considerable attention in recent years, as a radically subjective interpretation of the quantum formalism.

It circumvents the Pusey-Barrett-Rudolph no-go theorem for the epistemic reading of the wavefunction, but it makes much of quantum mechanics non-explanatory, and the existence of unitary evolution mysterious. Furthermore, a recent claim, that it is committed to a form of “realism” that is similar to Einstein’s, is highly questionable.
